This seems a good place to put this... I don't do fancy decorating. Sure, I can pipe "Happy Birthday" or "Bon Voyage" or "Bite me" on a cake (well some, it would not work on the Coconut Cake. The icing is too fluffy.). However, that is where the skill ends and I have no desire to learn how. My cakes are not made to build that kind of structure. They are just not sturdy enough, and that is a great thing for flavor and texture.
