You will need 1 cup vegetable/neutral flavored oil, 3 eggs, 8 ounce can of crushed pineapple, 4 very ripe bananas to make this cake.

1 pound 6 oz package - enough for one 2-layer cake, 24 cupcakes, one 13x9 inch sheet cake, one bundt cake.

6 month shelf life.

Ingredients: All-Purpose Flour (soft red wheat flour), Sugar, Pecans, Baking Soda, Kosher Salt, Cinnamon, Baking Powder
